Here are some little pointers:

For rompers - these are very true to size for the 'average' baby. If your little one has just moved into the new size, stick to their true size. If you think they're due for a growth spurt, or have been wearing their current size for a while, size up. We love getting long wear out of our clothes!

For kids shirts - the shirts are a little on the bigger side. If your little one has just moved into a new size, stick to their true size. If they're ready to grow, size up. We know it's a little tricky when our shirts jump up by 2's, so here's a little example to guide you. If you have a child who has just moved into a size 3, a size 2 shirt will fit them nicely now (for quite a while), and a size 4 will last even longer (it will just be on the slightly longer side). If you have a child who has been in a size 3 for 6 months or so, choose the size 4.

For adults shirts - these are true to size for a slim fit shirt. If you prefer your sun safe shirts to be a little more roomy, choose 1 size bigger than usual. For a baggy fit, size up by 2 sizes.
