Shipping Policy
Free Local Pick Up (Burdekin Region)
We love supporting our local community! If you're located in the Burdekin region, we offer free local pick up - no minimum spend required. We will be in touch to give you pick up details.
Domestic Shipping (Australia-Wide)
For orders across Australia, we offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: $9.95
- Express Shipping: $14.45
Free Shipping: Spend over $150, and your shipping is on us!
Processing & Dispatch Times
We aim to have your order packed and ready to go within 2-3 business days. After that, your package will be in the trusted hands of Australia Post for delivery. You will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
Pre-order shipping
If you have purchased a pre-order product and an in stock product, the items will be shipped together, as soon as the pre-order has arrived. If you would like the in stock item to be shipped first, please contact us, and we will arrange 2 separate shipments (you will be responsible for payment of extra shipping costs).

Returns Policy
At Meri the Label, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, we’re here to help. Please review our returns policy below:
Eligibility for Returns
1. Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
3. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Items Excluded from Returns
We cannot accept returns for:
- Pre-order shirts, sizes kids 10 and above, and all adult sizing.
- Items marked as final sale.
- Gift cards.
- Items damaged due to improper care or use.
Pre-Order Returns Policy
Due to the exclusive nature of our kids' size 10 and above, and all adult sizing pre-order collections, we are unable to offer refunds, store credits, or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing. As we do not hold excess stock, we cannot accommodate size swaps. If there is a fault with your product, we will process it and offer a refund if deemed appropriate.

How to Return Your Item
1. Contact Us: Email our team at hello@merithelabel.com.au with your order number and reason for the return.
2. Prepare Your Parcel: Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
3. Post Your Return: Send your return via Australia Post to the address provided in our email response.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds & Processing
1. Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2. Refunds: If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
3. Exchanges: If you need a different size or item, we suggest placing a new order while your return is processed to ensure availability.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@merithelabel.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order. We will cover the return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or refund.
Lost Returns
We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit. Please retain your postage receipt and tracking details until your return is processed.
